Welcome to Picalley. By accessing or using our website at picalley.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Picalley provides an AI-powered photo rendering service that transforms your photos into Polaroid-style art. We offer:

• Digital PDF kits — print-ready PDFs containing your rendered photos, delivered via email and/or WhatsApp
• Physical Polaroid prints — shipped to your address across India

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using Picalley, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using your email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected product tier.

Once payment is confirmed, your PDF will be generated and delivered to your specified WhatsApp number and/or email address, typically within 60 seconds.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Picalley a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and render your photos solely for the purpose of delivering the ordered service. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.

The Picalley brand, website design, AI rendering technology, and all associated intellectual property remain the property of Picalley.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our AI rendering technology
• Upload photos of minors without parental consent

7. Content Moderation

Picalley reserves the right to refuse processing any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate, without obligation to provide a refund in such cases.

8. Limitation of Liability

Picalley provides the service “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Data Handling

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are processed for rendering and stored temporarily. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service.

10. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
